When speaking with you, we let you know when to expect work to be completed. Then we call you to follow up. Every time.
6. For after-hours business, call the same number as above, (205) 995-9119. For emergencies, our phone system pages someone who will call you back within 10 minutes. Our on-call person has access to your full lease, emergency numbers, building-access information and our after-hours maintenance personnel. 7. Upon move-in, you will receive a Tenant Handbook covering all the specifications for your building. The handbook is also available on our Website, so you will have instant access to answers you need when you need them. 8.
